Thanksgiving Day
器官受贈者感恩大會 

香港移植學會每年舉行器官受贈者感恩大會，推廣器官捐贈，希望更多器官衰竭病人受惠外，並且藉此向捐贈者致以崇高的敬禮。​

2025年活動

This was the Thanksgiving Ceremony 2025 held on 23/3/2025 at lecture theatre of Hospital Authority Building with support from Hospital Authority.  This was also the first time to be co-organized with the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine.  The theme was 感恩捐贈者十五載，受贈者銘記情永在。The event was to show gratitude towards the donors and their family members.

2023年活動

暌別三年，本會在2023年3月26日重新主辦 2019-2022 器官受贈者感恩大會「疫境器官捐贈 大愛無疆」，近300名器官受贈者及其家人、醫護人員齊向捐贈者及其家人致謝致敬。​

今屆感恩大會首次邀請器官捐贈者家人分享，一名捐贈者女兒Sandy Fong表示，在極短時間失去至親是非常難過，然而她仍然呼籲其他人在同樣哀傷的情況下，都可以遺愛人間，捐出家人的器官去救其他器官衰竭的病人。
