5th Hong Kong Transplant and Dialysis Game on 10–13/10/2024

The 5th Hong Kong Transplant and Dialysis Game was held on 10–13th October 2024, with the Society being one of the co-organisers. The events included bowling, gate ball, badminton, petanque, table tennis, lawn bowl, swimming, darts, and track and field. A total of 434 participants registered, including 357 participants from Hong Kong and 77 participants from overseas, including Mainland China, Thailand, India, Japan, and France. These included 242 transplant patients and 110 dialysis patients. Several special events were held, including the press conference on polycystic kidney disease, road races, the grand ceremony, and the farewell cruise gala dinner. The Guests of Honour for the Opening Ceremony included Prof. Lo Chung-Mau (Secretary for Health), Dr Ronald Lam (Director of Health) and Dr Tony Ko (Chief Executive of Hospital Authority).
