Hong Kong Society of Transplantation

「毋忘我」是一個供器官捐贈者親友透過文字表達對逝去者的紀念，並表揚他遺愛社會的精神的園地；而「頌新生」則是器官移植受助者表達感恩和分享心聲的平台。

投稿細則：

• 稿件篇幅不限，文體不拘；唯內容必須為筆者之真實經歷與感受。

• 隨稿件請附上真實姓名與聯絡方法。

(建議同時自擬筆名，供上載稿件之用)

**備註：香港移植學會保留一切上載及刪改稿件之權利。稿件一經上載，版權即屬本會所有，日後可能作出版或推廣「器官捐贈」之用。

The “ Memorial Gardens” is meant for families and friends to pay tribute or remembrance to the deceased organ donors; whereas the “ Words of Gratitude” section is a platform for recipients of organ transplant to express their feelings and thoughts after transplant and to express their gratitude towards organ donors and their families.

Guides for submission:

• There are no limitations on the format and the length of the article to be submitted
• The submitted article has to be based on real experience and feelings.
• Please provide the real name, telephone number and email of the author for future contact.
• It is suggested that a pen-name be used for the article when it is being uploaded
• The Hong Kong Society of Transplantation ( the Society) reserves the right for editing and the decision for uploading the article or not. Once uploaded, the copyright of the article belongs to the Society and might be used in future publications or in activities related to the promotion of organ donation.
